【摘要】:1.1StatementofscopeThispartofISO/IEC19778specifiestheDataModelforacollaborativegroup.ThecollaborativegroupDataModelcomposesroleswhichcanbeplayedbytheparticipantsofacollaborativegroup,declarestheintendedroleholders(positionsforplayingaparticularrole)foreachrole,and(atleastduringthelife-spanofthecollaborativeworkplace)assignsparticipantstotheseroleholders.Therolenamesmaybeusedasreferencestorolesspecifiedindetailbyfurtherspecificationsorstandards.Wherenosuchspecificationsorstandardsareavailableoridentified,theprovisionofdescriptionsforhumaninterpretationmaysupportharmonizeduseofthesenames.Providedparticipantidentifiersmaybeusedasreferencestodetailedparticipantinformationwhichmaybespecifiedinaprovidedusermanagementsystem.NOTEThereisariskofimproperaccessandmisuseofpersonalandprivatedatafacilitatedbyuseofthecollaborativegroupDataModel.Itistheresponsibilityoftheimplementertoensureproperuseofanyinvolvedpersonalinformation.1.2SubjectsandaspectsnotcurrentlyaddressedInfutureeditionsofthispartofISO/IEC19778,theidentificationofparticipanttypesreferringtoaharmonizedorstandardizedparticipanttypologymaybeprovided.SuchaprovisionwouldupgradethevalueofanonymizedcollaborativegroupDataModelinstantiationsforbeingreusedastemplates.Currently,thecollaborativegroupsspecifiedbythisDataModelarestatic.Participantsmaynotbeonlineallthetime;inacollaborativegroup,privatediscussionsmayoccur;participantsmayleavethecollaborativegroupduringthelife-stateofthecollaborativeworkplace.ItisnotyetcleartowhichdegreesuchaspectscanandshouldbeaddressedinfutureeditionsofthispartofISO/IEC19778.1.3ExcludedsubjectsandaspectsSubjectsandaspectsnotprovidedbythispartofISO/IEC19778,butwhichitisanticipatedwillbeprovidedbyfurtherspecificationsorstandardsinclude:-thedetailedspecificationofrolesorroletypologiesinthecontextoflearning,educationandtraining(suchspecificationisreservedforfurtherspecificationsorstandards;itmaybespecificforparticulardomainsofapplicationsinthisfield;suchspecificationsareexcludedfromthispartofISO/IEC19778);-methodsforassigningcollaborativetoolsorcollaborativefunctionsofacollaborativeworkplacetoparticipantsinparticularroles(suchmethodsmeanoptimizationformappingcapabilitiesandrequirementsoftechnicalmeanstocapabilitiesandpreferencesofparticipants;suchmethodsareexcludedfromthispartofISO/IEC19778);-thedetailedspecificationofparticipantinformation(suchspecificationisreservedforfurtherspecificationsorstandardsandisexcludedfromthispartofISO/IEC19778).
