【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695,whichisatechnicalreport,providesasummaryoftestmethodsthatareusedtodeterminetheignitabilityofelectrotechnicalproductsormaterialsfromwhichtheyareformed.Italsoincludestestmethodsinwhich,bydesign,ignitabilityisasignificantquantifiablecharacteristic.Itrepresentsthecurrentstateoftheartofthetestmethodsand,whereavailable,includesspecialobservationsontheirrelevanceanduse.Thelistoftestmethodsisnottobeconsideredexhaustive,andtestmethodswhichwerenotdevelopedbyIECTC89arenottobeconsideredasendorsedbyIECTC89unlessthisisspecificallystated.ThisbasicsafetypublicationisintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprincipleslaiddowninIECGuide104andISO/IECGuide51.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationwillnotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedintherelevantpublications.
