【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversseamless,straight-seamwelded,andheavilycoldworkedweldedausteniticstainlesssteelpipeintendedforhigh-temperatureandgeneralcorrosiveservice.Note18212;Whentheimpacttestcriterionforalow-temperatureservicewouldbe15ftx00B7;lbf[20J]energyabsorptionor15mils[0.38mm]lateralexpansion,someoftheausteniticstainlesssteelgradescoveredbythisspecificationareacceptedbycertainpressurevesselorpipingcodeswithoutthenecessityofmakingtheactualtest.Forexample,GradesTP304,TP304L,andTP347areacceptedbytheASMEPressureVesselCode,SectionVIIIDivision1,andbytheChemicalPlantandRefineryPipingCode,ANSIB31.3,forserviceattemperaturesaslowasx2212;425x00B0;F[x2212;250x00B0;C]withoutqualificationbyimpacttests.OtherAISIstainlesssteelgradesareusuallyacceptedforservicetemperaturesaslowasx2212;325x00B0;F[x2212;200x00B0;C]withoutimpacttesting.Impacttestingmay,undercertaincircumstances,berequired.Forexample,materialswithchromiumornickelcontentoutsidetheAISIranges,andformaterialwithcarboncontentexceeding0.10%,arerequiredtobeimpacttestedundertherulesofASMESectionVIIIDivision1whenservicetemperaturesarelowerthanx2212;50x00B0;F[x2212;45x00B0;C].1.2GradesTP304H,TP309H,TP309HCb,TP310H,TP310HCb,TP316H,TP321H,TP347H,andTP348HaremodificationsofGradesTP304,TP309Cb,TP309S,TP310Cb,TP310S,TP316,TP321,TP347,andTP348,andareintendedforserviceattemperatureswherecreepandstressrupturepropertiesareimportant.1.3Optionalsupplementaryrequirementsareprovidedforpipewhereagreaterdegreeoftestingisdesired.Thesesupplementaryrequirementscallforadditionalteststobemadeand,whendesired,itispermittedtospecifyintheorderoneormoreofthesesupplementaryrequirements.1.4TableX1.1liststhestandardizeddimensionsofweldedandseamlessstainlesssteelpipeasshowninANSIB36.19.Thesedimensionsarealsoapplicabletoheavilycoldworkedpipe.Pipehavingotherdimensionsispermittedtobeorderedandfurnishedprovidedsuchpipecomplieswithallotherrequirementsofthisspecification.1.5GradesTP321andTP321Hhavelowerstrengthrequirementsforpipemanufacturedbytheseamlessprocessinnominalwallthicknessesgreaterthan3/8in.[9.5mm].1.6ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.Theinch-poundunitsshallapplyunlessthex201C;Mx201D;designationofthisspecificationisspecifiedintheorder.Note28212;ThedimensionlessdesignatorNPS(nominalpipesize)hasbeensubstitutedinthisstandardforsuchtraditionaltermsasx201C;nominaldiameter,......
