Scope:This SAE Aerospace Standard (AS) defines the requirements for polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) line, metallic reinforced, hose assemblies suitable for use in aerospace hydraulic, fuel and lubricating oil systems at temperatures between -67 mDF and 450 mDF for Class I assemblies, -67 mDF and 275mDF for Class II assemblies, and at nominal pressures up to 1500 psi.
