【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversstandardproceduresforextractionofvolatileandsemi-volatileorganiccompoundsfromwaterusingsmallvolumesofsolvents.1.2Thecompoundsofinterestmusthaveagreatersolubilityintheorganicsolventthanthewaterphase.1.3Notallofthesolventsthatcanbeusedinmicroextractionareaddressedinthispractice.Theapplicabilityofasolventtoextractthecompound(s)ofinterestmustbedemonstratedbeforeuse.1.4Thispracticeprovidessampleextractssuitableforanytechniqueamenabletosolventinjectionsuchasgaschromatographyorhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC).1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection9.
