【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforembossed-resistance-projectionweldinginthefabricationofassembliesofuncoatedandmetalliccoatedlowcarbonsteelcomprisingtwothicknessesofmetal,wherethemaximumsinglesheetthicknessofcomponentstobeweldediswithintherange0,4mmto3mmforthefollowingmaterials:--uncoatedsteels;--hot-dipzincoriron-zincalloy(galvannealed)coatedsteel;--electrolyticzinc,zinc-iron,orzinc-nickelcoatedsteel;--aluminiumcoatedsteel;--zinc-aluminiumcoatedsteel.Organic-coatedorprimer-coatedsteelsarenotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.GuidelinesforappropriateweldingequipmentandprojectionweldingconditionsforvariouscoatedsteelsaregiveninAnnexesAtoC.Theseareforguidanceonlyandmayneedtobeadaptedtosuitthespecifiedserviceconditionsofthefabrication,prevailingproductionconditions,typeofweldingequipment,mechanicalandelectricalcharacteristicsoftheweldingmachine,electrodeconfiguration,andmaterial.Theserequirementsshallbetakenfromtherelevantweldingprocedurespecificationfortheapplicationorprocedure,wheretheseexist.
