【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofPBB'swhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:--apron-drivebridges;--fixed-headbridges(alsoreferredtoasnose-loaders)orpedestalbridges;--suspendedbridges,forembarking/disembarkingofpassengers.Itisapplicablefromtheinterfaceofthebuildingtotheconnectionwiththeaircraft.AnexampleofatypicalPBBisshowninannexA.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:elevatinglounges;--passengerstairs;--otherformsofaircraftaccessequipmentortothefixedbuildingstructuretowhichthePBBinterfaces.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoPBB'swhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
