【摘要】:ThispartoflEC61000definestestmethodsforimmunitytorippleatthed.c.inputpowerportofelectricalorelectronicequipment.Thisstandardisapplicabletolow-voltaged.c.powerportsofequipmentsuppliedbyexternalrectifiersystems,orbatterieswhicharebeingcharged.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonandreproduciblebasisfortesting,inalaboratory,electricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtoripplevoltagessuchasthosegeneratedbyrectifiersystemsand/orauxiliaryservicebatterychargersoverlayingond.c.powersupplysources.Thisstandarddefines-testvoltagewaveform;-rangeoftestlevels;-testgenerator;-testset-up;-testprocedure.Thetestdescribedhereafterappliestoelectricalorelectronicequipmentandsystems.Italsoappliestomodulesorsubsystemswhenevertheequipmentundertest(EUT)ratedpowerisgreaterthanthetestgeneratorcapacityspecifiedinclause6.Thistestdoesnotapplytoequipmentconnectedtobatterychargersystemsincorporatingswitchmodeconverters.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytheteststobeappliedtoparticularapparatusorsystems.ItsmainaimistogiveageneralbasicreferencetoIECproductcommittees.Theseproductcommittees(orusersormanufacturersofequipment)remainresponsiblefortheappropriatechoiceofthetestandtheseverityleveltobeappliedtotheirequipment.Dedicatedtestproceduresareinusefortestingspecificcategoriesofelectricalorelectronicequipment,e.g.equipmentconnectedtod.c.supplynetworkoftelephoneswitchingcentres;therelatedproductcommitteesshouldevaluatetherelevanceandapplicabilityofthetestprocedurespecifiedinthisbasicstandard.

【摘要】:1.1ThisspecificationdescribestherecommendedprocedureforidentifyingtheperformanceandoperatingrequirementstobeincludedinapurchaseorderforTrafficMonitoringDevices.Assuch,thespecificationcanbereferencedbytheuserandsellerwhendeterminingcompliancewitheachspecifiedrequirement.ItistheintentofthisspecificationtohavetheuserrequirethesellertoprovideevidencethatthebrandandmodelofTMDofferedbythesellerhaspassedanapplicableType-approvalTest.IftheTMDhasnotpreviouslypassedaType-approvalTest,thenitistheintentofthisspecificationtohavethedevicetype-approvedbeforeitisacceptedbytheuser.IftheTMDhaspreviouslypassedaType-approvalTest,thenthisspecificationrequiresthattheproductionversionofthedeviceprovidedbythesellerpassanOn-siteVerificationTestbeforebeingacceptedbytheuser.1.2TrafficMonitoringDeviceATrafficMonitoringDevice(TMD)isequipmentthatcountsandclassifiesvehiclesandmeasuresvehicleflowcharacteristicssuchasvehiclespeed,laneoccupancy,turningmovements,intervehiclegaps,andotherparameterstypicallyusedtoportraytrafficmovement.TMDsusuallycontainasensingelementthatconvertsthesignal-generatingphenomenon(suchas,airpulsegeneratedbyavehicletirepassingoverapneumatictube)intoanelectricalsignalandelectronicsthatamplify,filter,andotherwiseconditionthesignal.SomeTMDsprovideoutputsasrelayorsolid-stateswitchclosures,whileotherscontainsignalprocessingthattranslatesthesignalintotherequiredvehicleandvehicleflowdata.TMDswhoseoutputsarerelayorsolidstateswitchclosuresmaybeconnectedtoroadsidecontrollers,whichprocesstheswitch-closureinformationandconvertitintovehicleflowdata.1.3CharacterizationofTrafficMonitoringDevicesThisspecificationclassifiesTrafficMonitoringDevicesbythefunctionstheyperform,thedatatheyprovide,therequiredaccuracyofthedata,andtheconditionsunderwhichthedeviceisexpectedtooperateinconformitywiththerequirementsdevelopedthroughthisspecification.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunits,whichareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
